Find Your Rising Path

Compassionate Therapy for Grief, Divorce,  Caregiving, Life’s Transitions, or other Interpersonal Challenges

You have found yourself somewhere that you didn’t expect to be. You don’t know what your future holds. You feel stuck and cannot imagine what life will look like moving forward. Perhaps you’ve had a loss (of relationship, of a loved one, of a role), or that your life has changed in a way that is leaving you questioning who you are and what you want (children leaving home, becoming a caregiver for a parent, changing jobs or retiring).

It’s normal to feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or alone. Here, you will find a calm and compassionate space to begin healing at your own pace.

I’m Kim Omoruyi, a Registered Psychotherapist

Hello and thank you for stopping by!

I am based in Toronto, ON (offering both in-person and virtual sessions), specializing in grief, divorce recovery, and life transitions. For the past 20 years, I have worked with people as they have moved through difficult life changes. My career started in music therapy, and has now moved into talk therapy where I help people manage difficult life changes and changing relationships. Together, we will explore and dissect your experience to get a better understanding of where you are and to come up with some coping strategies to move you along your path.

Therapy is not about fixing you; it’s about walking alongside you as you rediscover hope, strength, and who you are.
